YAYAPOPS!

Ok I've had this window opened for like 15 minutes I think and I have no idea how to start. Maybe I should start like how everyone else start theirs, the usual 2007 roundups?

My 2007 has had its own ups and downs. It has been such a roller coaster ride not only for myself but also the family in a whole. Who would have thought the only man I look up to rested his soul so soon at the age of 59 years old. It came to a shock to almost all his friends and my friends. They never thought a strong man who selalu potong rumput and goes jogging di Tasek would ever underwent bypass surgery and 3 weeks after the surgery would meet his Creator. It was also a year where I got to see my family, from both sides, came together and helped us went through such terrible times.

My studies have also improved in the 2nd semester and I've got to meet really great friends who I can share my life with. They've always been there for me through my happy times and especially my gloomy moments. Met interesting new people who I hope I can work with. I was made Treasurer I for the FBEPS Student Council, where I think I can make full use of the knowledge I have and gained over the years. I

Overall 2007 has left me with so many memories that I wish and hope will never fade. InsyaAllah. :)

Ohh spend my afternoon watching DVDs, first watched Kayangan. Then watched Nagabonar Jadi 2, this movie I must say is my favourite movie for 2007. How cool is that I watched it on the last day of 2007 and instantly became my favourite. Even thought I've never watched the first instalment of the movie but the sequel really made me laugh, think, reminisce, and well everything with it. Deddy Mizwar of course really cracked me up with his antics. Tora Sudiro was good as Bonaga, Nagabonar's son.



I don't really know how to describe the movie but it was just one of the movies I would definitely watch again. There are only certain movies I watch over and over again. Like Perempuan Melayu Terakhir, Mimpi Moon, Layar Lara, Arisan... and erm... lemme think...

Yesterday went to Adina's wedding, she looked stunning in the blue songket dress. Very very stunning, I soo love the colour. Too bad I didn't bring along my camera. Nevertheless, I see a lot of familiar faces here and there.

So to Adina and Fakhrul, Selamat Pengantin Baru. :)

Uni starts in 2 weeks time. I saw the draft timetable last night on Uni website, looks fine to me!! :) Results should be out this week. Wish me luck.

And yes I've been feeling much better, Thank You :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!!!

I had so much fun yesterday and now my upper body hurts but my legs are alright. This is all because of you... hahah no no it's all from beach football. Seriously I haven't had any aggressive sport thingie since 1st semester when I always played badminton, attempted squash and tennis and lastly played basketball. So basically I had really low stamina and I was gasping for breath. We lost though... the Spice Girls Brunei Reunion group lost! It's not like we could stay if we had won because Jo and I had to go home at 3.

I could have won that musical chair if if... I wasn't so worried about my slippers. I broke me slippers yesterday at the beach because well I was kinda aggressive at myself! hahah :) So last night had dinner with the whole family, my mum's treat. So off we explored the mall, went to Charles and Keith and saw this really nice pair of slippers. I might get it soon! :) Anyone want to get it for me? hahahah :) Then I went to Mercier with my mum and I was so awwed by the perfumes there and my mum even got me a pair of really nice hair clips! :D

Overall yesterday was tiring but it was FUN!!!

Oh yea last night I was watching Asian Idol yea on 8TV and I was really really surprised that Hady won. I'm all for Singapore (like seriously... I think you guys would have noticed that by now) but Hady winning.. erm?? I rather have Taufik there on stage. That's probably because Taufik is Taufik... *biggest grin*

Oh I'm having a random chat session with Jo now. We're talking about sharp noses. I told her I wanted a sharper nose so I would look more something. Then she said.. if she had a sharper nose she would tell people that she's Charles Brooke's grand daughter. Hahah...

I seriously think I need new shoes, OK, fine I still have a lot of shoes but then again I need shoe therapy (is there even such thing). You know why I'm talking about shoes? This is because one of my shoes broke and I'm kind of sad about it. They are my favourite shoes :( Anyone wants to get me new shoes?

I'm excited about tomorrow, some friends and I are going to have sushi for lunch. then we'll off watching Alvin & The Chipmunks well yes I'm excited about it... :) I miss them!! :)

So yes expect really useless post from me since I'm really bored and I have nothing productive to do. The only thing I've been doing lately is watch DVDs. Watched Ratatouille this afternoon and I'm planning on watching A Walk To Remember later. :)

Yesterday went as smoothly as it was planned. Had a very interesting afternoon with the cousins. We watched I Am Legend and it was a very unexpected movie. Well since I watched the trailer earlier on it didn't have any of the scary scenes it had in the movie. So since I suggested the movie and paying for it they went along with the plan and some of them started screaming in the theater. Well so did I... Hami and I even went out for this one scene because we were so scared of what might happen to Will Smith. heheh...

The movie ended earlier than expected so we went to the main Empire building and went to the artificial beach. We took some pictures there well actually a lot of pictures. Most of them are pictures of the cousins heheh...

Overall it was an afternoon well spent. Went home around 6ish and then Iring (my aunt, hami's and yasmin's mom) took all of us for dinner and then sent me home. Yipee....

Been having weird dreams for the past few days. Last week had a dream about a particular someone from my past and well I'm still in contact with him. I think it's how we felt about each other then that made me had that dream. It's weird and I'm still questioning myself whether he still has 'that' thing for me or do I still have 'that' thing for him? Erm... weird. In the dream we ended up being together though which is rather ironic. Then two nights ago I had a very disturbing dream, something I wish not to happen to me. It's just plain disturbing, I even woke up feeling rather I don't know. I wanted to cry but couldn't. Erm...

Since I have nothing better to do so I'm watching Perempuan Melayu Terakhir. Always a good movie to watch even though I know all the details to it. I think it's the details that makes me rather excited every time I watch this movie. And plus it's an all star cast...!!

Oh yea.... ada water sudah! I got so excited over that as well this afternoon. I open the tap in the kitchen and water started flowing. I did the 'happy' dance! hahah no lah I didn't dance in the kitchen.

Went out with my mama this morning to make my baju kurung for Dina's wedding and I hope it'll turn out great. Actually my mama is on medical leave because she's not feeling that well but now she's fine. She's just having her sore throat and a temperature other than that she's fine!

Ok so back to watching Perempuan Melayu Terakhir :)

Ard noon went to the airport with the mum and the rest of the family to greet Aunty Salmah and Abg Amin who arrived from Singapore. When I saw aunty I saw her and 6 boxes for Munchy Donuts and we got about 3 boxes out of the 6. Yes so I'm a happy bunny and most likely to be overdosed from donuts. Loving the donuts so muchhhh.... I had the cinnamon and I think chocolate icing. I was actually looking out for the sour cream flavour but I think aunty didn't get that for me. Anisah is coming on Friday and I so can't wait. Friday afternoon will mark something different, it's my first ever outing with them cousins and niece. I so can't wait, we're going to watch I Am Legend.

I've been making constant visits to the bathroom for the past few hours. Not because I have diarrhea or anything but to check on the water. There is a water cut since this afternoon and erh... it's been raining non-stop since afternoon as well. I was complaining about it to Ros this evening and then he texted me, "El... kluar and mandi ujan... since no water kan?" hahahah yea very funny!! A friend told me one of the main pipes at Bukit Barun got I don't know!! I'm just so payah without water. I need it...

so yea tadi at the airport, aunty asked, "adek not coming to singapore?" hahah... so yea I might make a trip to Singapore soon well most likely next year. I have a feeling some of my friends want to go as well. Yaye... :) I so can't wait... something to plan and look forward to.

So yea we're done with exams on Saturday and I have to say the exam we had on Saturday on HRM was quite unexpected. I did last year's exam paper and it's weird how some of the questions came up in this year's paper. That's why who ever did last year's paper will find it easy. Even the essay questions were quite easy and I really really love the paper. HRM was never my best subject because it's too theoretical and a lot of memorising to do even though it was be common sense. Oh well... even though I didn't finish reading up all 8 chapters but I think I did quite well on it =).

So yea right after exams we went for Nasi Kandar in Bunut but before that since our PIJ lecturer, Dr. Ibrahim is leaving we decided to take a group picture with him.

Then the next day (Sunday) went to a wedding in the morning with my mum and my sister. It was Kaka Hazel's wedding, I grew up with her back in the Jakarta days. My mum had always known Uncle Zaini, they were childhood friends so yea attended the wedding in Tutong. Saw some familiar faces but wasn't sure their names.

Right after I got home from the wedding, Johanna (with a silent H) came over and off to we went to the FSC Potluck BBQ party at FBEPS. It was a great success and Big Boss himself said so. The games were fun and the foods were good. I brought eclairs from Bakerlyn and they were emmmm NYAMAN!!!

watchced Enchanted again this afternoon and I love love love!!

I watched Enchanted with Amie on Monday after my PIJ exam. It was very very nice and well I don't know I just love it. I can't help myself from looking at Patrick Dempsey. Wohoo... he's hot for an old man (ok fine maybe not that old).

So have been really listening to Atilia a lot even though it is only one song, Sangkar. She really reminds me of Sheila Majid and I have no idea why. Mawi said, "their head pun sama!" hahaha how weird is that. So yea I can't seem to find her CD in Brunei so since Siang is going to Miri this Monday I told him to get it for me. Along with Faizal Tahir's album. I like I like. And yesterday I saw Atilia's video clip for Sangkar and it was very unique. It resembles Sangkar and then freedom! It shows how once you're tied up doesn't mean you'll be tied up forever, one day you'll be free from the sangkar! Get it?

Oh well one more paper to go and I can't seem to study for it. :( I just saw last year's paper and it seems quite un-hard (is there even such word). I won't say it's easy but at least it's not so hard like some other papers. Let's just say I'm confident with almost every paper except for FIS. I'm quite confident with Accounting because at least I know I did well in that. The rest well I can't really describe it. I answered them but I'm not sure whether I'll do well for them. You know how it feels right?

Why can't my course be mostly numbers? Oh wells...

A busy weekend it will be. So expect lots of pictures!!

So early this morning well more like around subuh at 4.30 my phone was buzzing and I knew it wasn't my alarm because my alarm has a different tone. So yea it was a text message from Kalai telling kaka Siti has given birth to a baby girl!! I was thrilled so I messaged him back congratulating him and all. I am very thrill about the baby and yet I have no idea why.

So this morning on my way to the chancellor hall I saw Kalai walking and he looked very tired. hahah so everyone was congratulating him because of my big mouth. Heheh I just wanted to share the love. And he showed me the picture... very CUTE!!!!!!!! very BULAT!!!!! very pretty too just like kaka Siti.

He told me her name this evening so since she's still a baby I'm going to call her baby BUZZY!! because well it's part of her name. Not going to reveal her real name yet because well I'm not told to yet! hahah let the father tell his bundle of joy's name!! :)

I just want to say to Baby Buzzy, WELCOME TO THE WORLD lil one!! heheh

On the other note, I only have one more paper left this Saturday and then it's going to be one month holiday. :) I'm excited because I have plans with my friends and also my cousins. My cousins are planning to have to this cousins day out which I'm paying for! hahaha... oh well... it's once in a while! :)

I'm in a good mood... my papers aren't great but I think I did well for them. I think sometimes my brain freezes just like how cold the CH is!

ohh well... I have yet to see baby buzzy in real life. :)
