so here are pictures taken on Monday over at Maci Zarinah's house (Riduan's house)...

yup... that's Riduan! my cousin cum pilot! well he needs to finish up his air time then only he's officially a pilot! and yes, we kinda have this arab/afghan/pakistan look!

cheers people!

my test went well I think except for the last question!!

p.s. to the cousins in tasek meradun! loves loves... and min, i know i'm jealous. he's the odd one that's why he's special!

#208 why oh why NOW?

had this kind of really depressing dream lastnight and when I woke up for sahur I was on the verge of crying. I mean if my dream was actually true then OMG! I didn't know he had those feelings for me. Or maybe I'm too caught into reading PS I love you that I'm starting to imagine things. Erh... but yes that guy and me? Erm... weird but I don't know sad I guess. I mean why would I want to cry in the first place if I didn't find the dream depressing kan? Erh...

So yea... just now I found out there is another essay due on the 20th! Erh... gila ehh!! I feel like crying... like seriously crying. Why among all times, lecturers are giving us workload all at one go! I mean why can't they just give some of it earlier in the semester, ok but that that'll be useless as we didn't learn much yet but still!

I have an HRM presentation next Saturday and a summary of the presentation due at the same time. HRM test on the day I come back from Raya holidays. jangantah raya nah!! I'm just too stressed out in a way. I even feel like crying at the moment.

Oh my... I think everyone else is feeling the pressure...

I have to keep myself updated with all my assignments! I know I'll probably do my HRM and revise for my Business Law test tomorrow! Argh.. bite me!

*sigh* *cries*

#202 It's that time of the year... Marhaban Ya Ramadan

Above all I would like wish everyone especially my Muslim friends, Happy Fasting and Semoga Amalan Kita Diterima oleh Allah SWT. Amin...

So yea I'm really sorry I haven't been blogging much this is because of workload and I think I've been experiencing emotional stress maybe. Things started out last week when Amie and I planned to have Ferdouse's surprise birthday. We had everything planned out and I told Fer to come at 9 and meet us at FBEPS bench because we were suppose to be discussing some group work. And he agreed and said he'll be there around 9ish. So on Wednesday... everything was great, the cake was ready, the present were there and his group of friends were there. I told them to come early just for that. So I waited and waited and he didn't come at 9 so I told Amie to call him up and he said he was still at MPH because the door just opened. So yea gave him a few more minutes, then it was my turn to call him up and he said he was on his way maybe around 10 more minutes. 10 minutes became 40 minutes... I was so restless and I was I don't know walking around looking for him and waited for him. I wanted to give up already but then I thought erh... so yea finally he came but I wasn't in the mood to actually celebrate it anymore. It's just one of those feelings I guess. It was fun though... everyone else enjoyed it. :) Everything was alright when it came to lunch where he treated all of us SUSHI!!

That very afternoon FBEPS had a mini amazing race in conjunction to Pesta Convo. I volunteered as a helper at pit stop 5.... here are pictures from the mini amazing race....

Yea I guess that's all for now... I do have something to share and a handful of my friends knew what happen to me last Thursday (06/09) but erm... I rather keep it to myself... I just don't want to jinx it I guess! Let time do its thing. :)

I have HRM presentation on Saturday... ohhh shooot!!!

Good Bye Bachelorhood and Welcome Married Life

So today attended Abg Nusi's bersanding ceremony and I'm really happy for him even though there was a moment I just wanted to burst into tears. He's like a brother to me and I never really told him that. So having him married, it's like losing a part of myself. He was always there for me even though sometimes we see each other once a year during Hari Raya but it was those times that I cherish because we would have meaningful talks about life... his life and mine. He's also a very protective brother even though he is considered as my nephew because his dad is my cousin and his grandfather is my mom's cousin.

So this morning most of us the cousins and the nieces stayed inside Iring's house because it was full outside. So we waited for abg to come out of the his house and when he did, all of us kind of screamed because he looked so good in his baju pengantin. We assumed he was going to the tents first but I was walking out of the room and I saw flashes of light from the living room and rupanya he was in the house... Iring's house. So got my camera out and took some pictures of him bersalam with the jemputan lelaki.

Oh and last night it was his berbedak/berinai ceremony... we looked at him from the outside but I quickly went into the house when it was my mum's turn untuk membedaki. Took some shots of him before my camera failed on me... it was low batt. Argh... so stayed at Iring's house after the whole ceremony where all of Iring's siblings were there plus my mum and my sister. Us cousins and nieces, the 5 of us stayed in the living room and just cracked jokes and all. It was fun! Then my uncles and aunties started coming into the living room and checked on us! My uncle was busy taking pictures of us even though it took him a while to figure out how to use HIS own camera!. Arghhh I love my uncles and aunties. :) I so love that part of the family!!

here are pictures from this morning...

and of course this is the GROOM... abg Nusi! :) [he's my nephew and yet I call him abang]

So here I would like to say...

SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU TO MOHD SANUSI IDRIS AND HIS WIFE, HJH EDIANA

Bite Me!

I so feel like eating cake at the moment and I have no idea why. Maybe I should buy some cake since I live close to one of the famous cake shops in Brunei but then I can't be bothered. I think I shall fulfill this craving tomorrow morning or some of these days. Last Thursday in Business Law, Amie sat next to me and the class was kinda draggy (not because Amie sat next to me) but I think because I d0n't know a lot of laws I guess. So yea then she was like, "I want chicken rice." And it was close to 12pm and I was hungry, since Uncle wanted to treat us for lunch I just opted to go to the food court in UBD and he somewhat agreed.

When class was over I was waiting for my cousin since she wanted to pass me some books but Uncle decided to take us all out for lunch at some restaurant and he told me that his son and wife were waiting. Since I'm in love with the son (he's only 2) so I just joined them... mind you it was only an hour break between the classes. So rushed there and rushed back. Crazy... but yes I got to meet the cute little boy. For a 2 year old he's quite clever and what he says are very clear. Arh... cute cute!

Oh did I mention accounting is somewhat killing? Even though I love it but oh my the work given to us are just a lot and too many personal accounts to open. It's tedious!

Oh will take pictures of the stalls set up in UBD for the Pesta Convo... yes we have stalls during Pesta Convo and Convocation is on the 11th I think! The brother is graduating! Yipes...

Miss me?

so yea... heheh been quite busy with classes and all. Tuesday was fun because well according to my 'busy' schedule I have 5 hours gap between my FIS class and HRM class so by around 10ish I'll be off somewhere with Amie and Ferdouse. We usually explore the food places in Brunei which is good because we get hungry really easily in campus. The new food canteen in campus is not that bad but service wise.. erk. Food takes up almost half an hour to arrive which is terrible if you only have an hour lunch break.

So last Wednesday FBEPS held a small gathering for the first years and a group of us helped out with the games. Amie and I were in charge for the human puzzle game. It's complicated to explain but let me show you pictures of the event! hehe :)

an example of man puzzle and you see the dean of FBEPS playing with the first years! oh we love you lah Dr. Azman! FBEPS loves you!

#194 we be the bored ones

Ok fine I am seriously bored, I have no idea what to do at the moment. I would much love to watch DVDs but I can't be bothered at the moment, wait maybe I'll watch some later and plus it's Monday night and nothing is good on TV. Oh last night there was that Oprah Prime Time on Hallmark at 8PM and it had the whole cast of Grey's Anatomy and I enjoyed it so much. I never thought Callie Torres was beautiful but she is... like pretty... and plus her real name is cool.. Sara Ramirez, pronounced Sah-Ra! and Sandra Oh actually looks normal in real life. Hehe and I never expected Dr. Karev has 5 kids.. FIVE... that's just amazing.. and Patrick Dempsey is expecting twins (most likely to be born already). Ok enough of Grey's... so last night I was looking for the Grey's (hehehe) DVD Kalai loaned me and at first thought I seriously thought I had lost them... and I was panicking but then I found them under the TV cabinet!

yes, this is a very random post.

I love Sunday nights because Gol n Gincu is on... I so love the series because there is just a lot of dramas in it. And I think Pierre Andre is HOT!

Uni starts next week, 6th August! What to do? I've seem the timetable and it doesn't look too pleasant! I actually like my classes this semester... and I wonder what will I expect from Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence.

I did some searching in the guest living room yesterday afternoon for some pictures of my dad and I... I didn't have much pictures with him but I know I was close to him because I think I see him the most almost every day since he's the one who fetches me from school and all.

So I scanned some...

didn't realize I was cute as a little girl! hahah :p

#192 Are you feeling it? Magic is Might...

I'm done with the book.. I practically spend the whole day reading it even in the car while running errands with her this morning. Oh by the way I so love the Ministry of Finance's building.. reminds me of Seattle Grace Hospital and Changi International Airport.

So yea... it's depressing. It's after all the last book... while collecting the book yesterday at Booker... I kept on saying to the cashier, "Isn't it depressing? It's the last book?" then Billy said, "Look at her face (the cashier) she is depressed now". Lalala...

I will resort to reading other books I guess.

Find out your Harry Potter personality at LiquidGeneration!

Has it been that long?

Today marks the 40th day.

I can't believe it has been 40 days... I can still remember every single detail until the point the date was 6th June 2007! Days seem to pass by really fast nowadays which is good for me since I can't wait for U to start. It is weird isn't it my wanting to be back in the crowd especially school friends. I just can't wait for all the stupid drama and excitement... I actually miss going and skipping class... another thing to consider is I feel like giving up French next semester but erm... I'll have to think about that again, cos at moments like these I can make stupid decisions.

I can hear those thingies firing off from the Istana, I think the Royal Banquet is going on at the moment!

I have not watch Harry Potter & Order of The Phoenix

I'm watching Gol n Gincu the series... Jo nada Ashraf Sinclair.. well not yet heheheh

Tahlil tomorrow afternoon and I baked brownies and it looks good!

I'm sleepy... but I want to read a book!

#188 07.07.07 day spend with those I love...

so on 7th July 2007 I was out and had lunch with Jo. It was somewhat my first time out with a friend ever since what happened so it was a refreshing thing. It was fun and it was kind of like old times where we would have lunch at Excapade then we'd walk to The Mall and just walk around talking about the people we see, avoid people we don't want to see. It was fun... and plus she was worried I might get depress if I'm at home all the time. I was just not that ready to go out yet I guess around that time but now I'm OK. There are times when I can't help it but just cry... like Sunday I woke up with swollen eyes. Go figure...

Then that night itself my mum and I went for a tahlil function over at angah's in Manggis and met some of my other cousins there. They are a great bunch of cousins who just simply make me laugh and make me forget of all the things I'm going through for a moment. It's always good to venture off a different direction once in a while and just have a good laugh with family members. We talked about nonsense and then started talking about a certain someone who is getting married in September. A few more others came and we started talking about them... then I told of my cousins to call the nephew, Nial, to come over and talk to us. It then turned out to be photo taking session of all of us... it was fun. I don't really have any pictures with them and the pictures turned out really nice even though someone's head got cut off.

Hami & I

the cousins plus the nephew (why am I the only one ready with a smile?)

us again except hami's head got cut off

ohh did I mention I got my results already for my 2nd semester exam?... wuhu... I'm glad I did well for my exams and I hope my late dad is glad and proud of me with what I achieved. 2As.. wuhu... and ohh a D for Logic. Well after this I will not have to worry anymore about Logic & Thinking, it's over and done with.

That's all I guess... I need to catch up with my reading and ohh house chores.

I'm baking brownies for Thursday's tahlil, I hope it turns out right because it is after all my first attempt.

cheers :)

Me?

Could this be me? hahah I made a South Park version of myself at this site :)
You can make your own version!! it's cute...
