#207 let them speak!!

I was suppose to say something now I can't remember!!

wait... let me think!!

Oh yea I've been reading a lot of something on some guy's website and I'm so overly excited about P.Ramlee The Musical!! I'm just excited about the fact it's going to be staged and plus plus it's a musical but I'm just totally torn that it's not going to be stage here in Brunei. I heard The Esplanade wants it stage there next year and I just hope it's going to be in the middle of the year so I can go! I have plans on going to Spore next year but I'm excited that Anisah is coming this December. Well that's what she said and I hope she brings me more donuts from Munchy Donuts! They're so good.. I love the sour cream! :)

I was out shopping with my mum yesterday and we walked into this shop and they had a great collection of bags well more like function bags and I have my eyes on one! Will surely get it once my money is out...!! Wipee :) Then while we were walking we accidentally bumped into Uncle T, a friend of my late dad, and he said to my mum, "where's the other half?" So my mom told him the whole story and he was speechless. He was a good friend of my dad in the old days when they go scrambling together. Yes, my dad used to ride on bikes and go scrambling! They even go to Seria and scramb (erh is there such word) well scrambling is a short which requires a motorbike and you just ride on mountains and all! I think, well that was what I saw from his old pictures!! :)

Ahh.. well I got to go now, I want to read PS I love you!! My cousin is like forcing me to read it! heheh and well I'm kinda liking it!

cheers ppl.. g'nite

#206 an evening filled with laughter and joy

So I had things planned this evening for our iftar. I was out with 7 other friends and it was an evening to remember. Some went totally bloated, then a joke about helmet, someone mentioned about yours truly pregnant! hahah I was wearing this kinda mini dress with jeans yea.. so the dress was kind of flowy on the bottom! Actually I wanted to look slim so it was a black dress! hehe... BTW we went for berbuka at Orchid Garden Hotel. It was a nice buffet spread and a lot of choices, well it was the company that I had this afternoon which made it super FUN!

So I guess here are pictures from this evening :)

#205 the drive to create life

There is a story behind that title but it's a bit funny and it was a conversation I had with a bunch of my friends and a particular guy. It was funny yet it makes sense. I'm currently listening to Fazli Zainal - Harapan. I know it's so last year but it's only now that I find this song very nice :)

So yea sorry I haven't been posting up much. I've just been to exhausted and even if I'm online I just don't have this urge to blog, so sorry for that. I'm done with my HRM report and I'm quite happy with what I wrote and I hope she gives me a good grade for it. Speaking of she, my HRM tutor, she's my mum's friend and yesterday she saw me walking with a good friend of mine who is a guy and she gave me this look and then she smiled. She's quite funny actually... and plus she's nice but demanding at the same time.

So on Friday there was a function at home, it was a tahlil 100 days for my late father. Actually the 100 days was on the day when the people lihat anak bulan but my mum cakap to just limpaskan a few days. So yea it was hectic because we didn't expect there were going to be A LOT of people... it was more than 150 people I think and my mum only ordered food for 120 people. She miscalculated I think but everything was solved... my cousins helped out a lot... the cousins from my mum's side was in the house and they ate in the house while the rest of the guests ate outside arah the tent. Hami and Yasmin came so that was fun cos I got to talk to them and their mum. Their mum borrowed my Grey's Anatomy DVDs... I guess she's busy watching them now. Oh Danial came too with his parents and little brother, Abg Nusi didn't come because he had food poisoning! kesian!! So yea Hami was asking me about coffeeboy and Yasmin was like, "what coffeeboy? how come aku inda tau?" hahaha she went hysteric! Overall Friday was fun because my nieces and nephews were all there... well not all but my favourite ones were there! After the function was VERY VERY tiring because had to clean up the house and all. And I had an 8am class the next morning. I had trouble waking up. :(

so I guess pictures...
it's a mix of old and new pictures... just felt like uploading them :)

#204 the things worth mentioning are not going to be mention

something happened to me yesterday in school. nothing big, just some funny incident and my cousin thinks it's really cute and annoying at the same time.

I've been kind of filled up with work and lectures but most importantly I'm getting a well deserved BREAK next week!! it's school holiday for us UBDians... and I have things plan for my friends and I, most likely we're going to iftar somewhere.

Actually I'm just updating for the sake of updating cos a friend was nagging and told me to blog! so here I am blogging for you my dearest best friend in New Zealand!! hope you're feeling better. :)

Oh on another note, one of my favourite blogger has stopped blogging. I don't know why but you'll be surely missed! I know you'll be busy with work... but your link will always be on the side bar. take care now you!! don't get too stressed out at work... :)

#203 blood is thicker than water

why the title? well because I just want to say I love my cousins especially ami, yasmin, hawa and hajar! Ami and I went a long way ever since St. Andrew's years... when I was in form 5, she was still in primary 4 I think and yea she was a tad bit annoying then but now she has grown into a wonderful pretty woman. The sister, yasmin, hahah weird little girl back then who didn't really like talking to me but now... she's all talking!! I love these two to bits. They've always been there for me even though they are my distant cousins but I'm way closer to them than I am with my first cousins! Hawa and Hajar, well they are actually my nieces but they are really wonderful young woman! They both will grow into beautiful women!! :)

And yea.. why this post... because Ami had a post especially dedicated to me. click here.

That's it for now.. and yea I think I did well for my human resource management presentation on McDonald's Corporation! And my team members did well too :)

#202 It's that time of the year... Marhaban Ya Ramadan

Above all I would like wish everyone especially my Muslim friends, Happy Fasting and Semoga Amalan Kita Diterima oleh Allah SWT. Amin...

So yea I'm really sorry I haven't been blogging much this is because of workload and I think I've been experiencing emotional stress maybe. Things started out last week when Amie and I planned to have Ferdouse's surprise birthday. We had everything planned out and I told Fer to come at 9 and meet us at FBEPS bench because we were suppose to be discussing some group work. And he agreed and said he'll be there around 9ish. So on Wednesday... everything was great, the cake was ready, the present were there and his group of friends were there. I told them to come early just for that. So I waited and waited and he didn't come at 9 so I told Amie to call him up and he said he was still at MPH because the door just opened. So yea gave him a few more minutes, then it was my turn to call him up and he said he was on his way maybe around 10 more minutes. 10 minutes became 40 minutes... I was so restless and I was I don't know walking around looking for him and waited for him. I wanted to give up already but then I thought erh... so yea finally he came but I wasn't in the mood to actually celebrate it anymore. It's just one of those feelings I guess. It was fun though... everyone else enjoyed it. :) Everything was alright when it came to lunch where he treated all of us SUSHI!!

That very afternoon FBEPS had a mini amazing race in conjunction to Pesta Convo. I volunteered as a helper at pit stop 5.... here are pictures from the mini amazing race....

second place winners

Yea I guess that's all for now... I do have something to share and a handful of my friends knew what happen to me last Thursday (06/09) but erm... I rather keep it to myself... I just don't want to jinx it I guess! Let time do its thing. :)

I have HRM presentation on Saturday... ohhh shooot!!!

Good Bye Bachelorhood and Welcome Married Life

So today attended Abg Nusi's bersanding ceremony and I'm really happy for him even though there was a moment I just wanted to burst into tears. He's like a brother to me and I never really told him that. So having him married, it's like losing a part of myself. He was always there for me even though sometimes we see each other once a year during Hari Raya but it was those times that I cherish because we would have meaningful talks about life... his life and mine. He's also a very protective brother even though he is considered as my nephew because his dad is my cousin and his grandfather is my mom's cousin.

So this morning most of us the cousins and the nieces stayed inside Iring's house because it was full outside. So we waited for abg to come out of the his house and when he did, all of us kind of screamed because he looked so good in his baju pengantin. We assumed he was going to the tents first but I was walking out of the room and I saw flashes of light from the living room and rupanya he was in the house... Iring's house. So got my camera out and took some pictures of him bersalam with the jemputan lelaki.

Oh and last night it was his berbedak/berinai ceremony... we looked at him from the outside but I quickly went into the house when it was my mum's turn untuk membedaki. Took some shots of him before my camera failed on me... it was low batt. Argh... so stayed at Iring's house after the whole ceremony where all of Iring's siblings were there plus my mum and my sister. Us cousins and nieces, the 5 of us stayed in the living room and just cracked jokes and all. It was fun! Then my uncles and aunties started coming into the living room and checked on us! My uncle was busy taking pictures of us even though it took him a while to figure out how to use HIS own camera!. Arghhh I love my uncles and aunties. :) I so love that part of the family!!

here are pictures from this morning...

and of course this is the GROOM... abg Nusi! :) [he's my nephew and yet I call him abang]

So here I would like to say...

SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU TO MOHD SANUSI IDRIS AND HIS WIFE, HJH EDIANA

Bite Me!

I so feel like eating cake at the moment and I have no idea why. Maybe I should buy some cake since I live close to one of the famous cake shops in Brunei but then I can't be bothered. I think I shall fulfill this craving tomorrow morning or some of these days. Last Thursday in Business Law, Amie sat next to me and the class was kinda draggy (not because Amie sat next to me) but I think because I d0n't know a lot of laws I guess. So yea then she was like, "I want chicken rice." And it was close to 12pm and I was hungry, since Uncle wanted to treat us for lunch I just opted to go to the food court in UBD and he somewhat agreed.

When class was over I was waiting for my cousin since she wanted to pass me some books but Uncle decided to take us all out for lunch at some restaurant and he told me that his son and wife were waiting. Since I'm in love with the son (he's only 2) so I just joined them... mind you it was only an hour break between the classes. So rushed there and rushed back. Crazy... but yes I got to meet the cute little boy. For a 2 year old he's quite clever and what he says are very clear. Arh... cute cute!

Oh did I mention accounting is somewhat killing? Even though I love it but oh my the work given to us are just a lot and too many personal accounts to open. It's tedious!

Oh will take pictures of the stalls set up in UBD for the Pesta Convo... yes we have stalls during Pesta Convo and Convocation is on the 11th I think! The brother is graduating! Yipes...
